Catholics in the Public Square: Senator Rick Santorum interviewed by Valerie Schmalz

Catholics in the Public Square was born in 2004 under the term 'Catholic Kerry Watch', to bring attention to the views of the self-styled "pro choice Catholic" Senator John Kerry.

Following the 2004 Presidential election, we've expanded our discussion to cover the public policy decisions of Catholics in public service on both sides of the political divide.

During the 2008 election, CPS was pleased to contribute to the efforts of both Catholics Against Rudy and Catholics Against Biden, in light of the deviations of both from Catholic teaching on abortion.
